• Usage Data: AI chat queries and responses, analytics events (profile views, link clicks, offering views), geographic data (country/city for analytics), and interaction patterns
• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe (we don't store credit card details). We receive subscription status and customer ID from Stripe.
• Device Information: browser type, and referring URLs

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain your standd profile
• Power the AI assistant with your knowledge base content to answer visitor questions
• Process payments for premium subscriptions via Stripe
• Provide analytics about your profile performance (views, clicks, visitor geography)
• Send important updates about your account or our service
• Improve our services and develop new features
• Prevent fraud, spam, and abuse through rate limiting and monitoring
• Provide customer support when you contact us

• Public Information: Your username, display name, bio, visible offerings, and approved reviews are publicly accessible
• Service Providers: We use Supabase (database), OpenAI (AI), and Stripe (payments) to provide our services

We never sell your personal information to third parties.

When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, offerings, links, reviews, analytics data, and uploaded images. We retain account deletion logs for administrative purposes (username and deletion timestamp only).

standd is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
