1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using standd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

standd is a professional link-in-bio platform for creators, freelancers, online sellers, coaches, and anyone who wants to showcase their work. We provide:

  • Profile pages to showcase up to 100 offerings (products, services, content, or portfolio work)
  • AI-powered assistant that answers visitor questions 24/7 using your custom knowledge base
  • Custom links to route traffic to your stores, platforms, social media, and other channels
  • Review and ratings system to build credibility
  • Analytics to track visitor engagement and content performance
  • Custom themes with your brand colors (premium feature)
  • Shareable QR codes for your profile

3. User Accounts

To use standd, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Not share your account with others

You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content (including hate speech, violence, or adult content)
  • Sell counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items (drugs, weapons, etc.)
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Spam, harass, or engage in fraudulent activities
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse our service
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our platform
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others

5. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you post on standd (offerings, knowledge base, reviews, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and use it to provide our services.

Our Content: standd's design, logo, features, and code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Free and Premium Plans

Free Plan:

  • Up to 15 offerings
  • Up to 10 custom links
  • 100 AI queries per month
  • Basic analytics
  • Review management

Premium Plan ($4.99/month):

  • Up to 100 offerings
  • 5 images per offering (vs 1 on free)
  • Up to 50 custom links
  • Unlimited AI queries
  • Custom themes with your brand colors and fonts
  • Advanced analytics dashboard with geographic tracking
  • Priority support

7. Payments and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You agree to:

  • Provide valid payment information
  • Pay all charges at the prices in effect
  • Authorize automatic renewal unless cancelled

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime from your settings. You'll retain premium features until the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

8. AI-Powered Features

Our AI assistant uses your knowledge base content to answer visitor questions automatically. The AI is designed to provide accurate responses based on your content, but AI systems can occasionally make errors.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your knowledge base content. We recommend regularly reviewing and updating it to ensure visitors receive accurate information.

AI query limits apply to prevent abuse: 100 queries per month on the free plan, unlimited on premium.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account anytime from your account settings. Account deletion will permanently remove:

  • Your profile and username
  • All offerings, links, and reviews
  • Analytics data
  • All uploaded images

Important: You must cancel your premium subscription before deleting your account. Account deletion cannot be undone.

10. Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Fail to pay for premium services
  • Harm other users or our platform
  • Post prohibited content repeatedly

11. Disclaimers

standd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Specific results or sales from using our platform
  • 100% accuracy of AI-generated responses
  • Security against all cyber threats
  • Compatibility with all third-party services

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, standd shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits, sales, or revenue
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Issues arising from third-party services

13. Third-Party Services

standd integrates with third-party services (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Etsy, Shopee, Stripe, etc.). We are not responsible for their practices, policies, or availability. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
